☀ Keeping Your Cool In Summer ☀

Late nights, early rises, picnics, days out, beachy waves, glowing skin, Summer's here. But as much as I go on about summer being "perfection" there is one bad thing. The immense heat can be unbearable, leaving you utterly exhausted and tired (although it hasn't hit England yet!) Now I don't want anything to ruin this summer, for anyone. That's why i am writing this for you today. Oh whatever will you do without me. 

DIY Earring Collar Chain

Around January this year, I came across this image on Pinterest and fell in love (ignoring the fact that I am allergic to cats).
 
Not really seeing them in general stores and the fact that I am a cheapskate anyway, I decided to make one only using earrings and chain! 
Can I also just mention that Mona wore won in Pretty Little Liars so they are out there I guess!

The Sunflower Award

Hello everybody! As you can probably tell from the name and banner of this post, I have been nominated for the sunflower award by Life as a Young Lady so thankyou very much! As I mentioned in my very inspiring blogger award, I did not expect many people to take the time to read my blog, let alone nominate me for awards. ～My Summer Bucket List ～

Summer. The Perfect Season. Also, as a student, a time for the holidays. Mine haven't started yet so I still have to last for a little longer. This summer, I want to write a bucket list and tick them off as I go along throughout summer. My original plan was to do a bucket list for my whole life but I doubt I will still have my blog when I skydive. I'm thinking, I am going to write a sum up of my summer and how successful I was at achieving my bucket list near the beginning of September so look out for that!

Summer Essentials

Now that summer is just around the corner, I decided to write about the things that I just cannot live without in the wonderful season of summer! Bear in mind that I live in the UK and we are used to rain and puddles so summer is a big thing for us. I'm not even exaggerating. Anyway let's get started!---->

Notebooks? No-te Problem!

Now that we have phones, you can easily use the notes app, use calenders as an organizer, contacts for an address book and reminders as a to-do list. That is a bummer for notebooks, which I happen to have tonnes of. My shelves are filled with empty pads. Actually, most of them have the first few pages filled with nonsense but I just pull the pages out. Three Summer Outfits

It is Summer fairly soon (and  PLL tommorow for the UK. Two big events!) Wooohooooo! Go life. Possible one of the best things about summer is the variety in clothing. No longer do you have to gather a mass amount of layers to keep you snuggly and warm. Those days are over... until next winter but let's live in the present. Summer is a month of crop tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, bright colours. The time of the year to really go all out with your style. In celebration summer arriving in under 3 weeks, I am going to show you three outfits I made on Polyvore.

DIY Sassy Heart Phone Case

The original case

I don't think I can live without phone cases. Yep. Just putting that out there. Not only do they protect your phone from smashes and scratches, but it is just a little outfit for your phone. This sounds like I treat my phone like a doll. I don't mother it and ride it in a little pram. I am going completely off topic. Anyway, when I first got my phone, I was looking for cheap iphone cases from China since I'd always want a large collection. I was amazed when I found out you Ebay could show results starting from the lowest price. That is when I found these cases. Although the designs weren't amazing, it was cheap so I bought it. Now I realize I don't really like it so I decided to re-vamp it up a bit so here is how to make a slightly brand new phone case! Let's Go! --------->

Being Confident

Probably the worst thing about me, is my lack of confidence and lack of thick skin. By thick skin, I mean not letting what other people think get to you. When it comes to that, I am the worst. If you really think about it, none of us just don't care. Otherwise we would probably go to the shops naked because we wouldn't care, but a lot of people, including me, always think of "they will think I'm weird." When we should be thinking "I'm gonna do my thang."
